摘要
本文通过对大学生自身竞争力的组成因素和大学毕业生就业市场的分析,提出了通过提高知识水平及其应用能力、提高思想道德素质、提高文化和身心素质、提高管理能力等增强在校大学生自身竞争力的途径。
Through an analysis of composition factor of university student＇s own competitiveness and graduate＇s careers market,the article has proposed the way through improving the knowledge level and using ability,improving ideological and morals standards,improving culture and physical and psychological quality,improving managerial ability to strengthen one＇s own competitiveness of university student at school.
