摘要
教育政策在实施过程中,由于受到多种因素的影响,往往造成了实施后的效果差强人意,出现了预期政策目标偏离的现象。本文就如何控制好这些变量,降低预期目标偏离的风险给出了对策性的建议。
In the implementation process of education policy,it often causes the phenomenon of deviation which is deviated from the expected policy goal due to various kinds of factors.This article gives advice on how to control these variables and reduce the risk of deviation from the expected goal.
