部队院校是培养新型军事人才、信息化建设人才的重要基地,为国防现代化建设提供了人才保障。指挥院校如何在信息化条件下保证人才培养的质量,准确定位培养目标,增强其信息化素养,已成为当前军队院校教育亟待解决的问题。
The military college is an important base to train qualified and information-construction personnel,it can provide excellent people for country＇s information modernization.How to determine the training target accurately and enhance information capability,it has become a serious problem for commander colleges to solve.
