Exploration on Creating Electrical Fine Professional

以中职学校电气运行与控制专业为例,从人才目标、课程体系以及师资队伍以及教学主体四个方面阐述了打造精品专业的设想。提出了以任务为引领就业为导向的教学模式,使学生在项目实践中加深对专业知识、技能的理解和应用,培养学生的综合职业能力,以满足学生职业生涯发展的需要,构建名副其实的双师型师资队伍。为学校的教学改革提供了方向。

Take electrical operation and control professional in vocational schools as an example,this paper discusses the idea of creating professional quality from human goals,curriculum,faculty,teaching body four aspects.Put forward a task to lead the employment-oriented teaching model,make the students in the project deepen the understanding and application of professional knowledge and skills in practice,cultivate students＇ comprehensive professional ability to meet the needs of students in career development,to build a truly double-qualified teachers.And provide direction for the reform of teaching in schools.
