本文通过对吉林市职业学校、职高等进行走访,以及通过一些文献查阅,了解到当前职业学校教职工思想政治现状,针对目前的现状,提出对教职工思想政治教育合理化建议:建立学校教职工思想政治教育模式,这个模式构成是:三个途径为引导、一个体系作保障和两个举措作完善,以加强吉林市职业学校的教职工思想政治教育工作。

This article through the Jilin Vocational school,the duty higher carries on visits,as well as through some literature consult,understood the current vocational school teaching and administrative staff thought politics present situation,in view of the present situation,proposes to the teaching and administrative staff ideological and political education rationalization proposal：Establishes the school teaching and administrative staff ideological and political education pattern,this pattern constitution is：Three ways for the guidance,one systems make the safeguard and two actions make the consummation,strengthens the Jilin vocational school the teaching and administrative staff ideological and political education work.
