摘要
教育必须尊重学生的个体差异,张扬学生个性,随着课程改革的不断进行,个性化练习设计也得到很多的关注,进行个性化练习设计要体现灵活性和趣味性,要注重层次性,要贴近现实生活,要重视拓展学生的思维。
The education must respect the individual difference of student,makes widely known the students＇ individuality,along with curriculum reform＇s increasingly advance,the personalized practice design also obtains many attention,carries on the personalized practice design to manifest the flexibility and interesting,must pay great attention the hierarchical,must draw close to the real life,must take seriously to develop student＇s thoughts.
