摘要
根据指标体系构建的客观性、方向性、全面性、可行性原则,从硬性指标和软性指标两方面考虑,以科学发展观和质量工程为指导,构建一个具有7个一级指标、28个二级指标的大学生创新平台质量评价指标体系。
According to objectivity,direction,comprehensiveness,feasibility principle of index system,from the hard targets and soft targets two considerations,take the scientific concept of development and quality engineering as a guide,to build a seven-level indicators,28 two indicators of students innovative platform quality evaluation index system.
