摘要
本文细致地阐述了如何由当前辅导员助理模式本身的不足而引入导师助理模式。即选出优秀的高年级学生去当新生的"老师",关注每一个学生发展的同时,同时配合学校、院系完成教育管理的相关工作,达到辅导员工作得到完成、辅导员助理和导师助理能力得到锻炼,所指导的新生得到关心、成长、进步的"三赢"效果。
This paper detailed exposition of how to introduce instructors assistant mode because of the current lack of counselors and assistant of the model itself.That is to select outstanding high school students to become "teacher" of freshmen,concern for the development of each student,while at the same time with the schools,faculties of education management related work completed,work has been done to counselors,counselor assistants and assistant instructors exercise capacity,the new guidance of care,growth and progress of the "win-win" effect.
