Career planning is an important program of medical school vocational education in the new era,what forms should be applied in teaching,make the teaching be the high class loved by the students,is an important issue in the teaching for a long time.For the concept of experiential education for their career planning in medical school teaching feasibility,focusing its action steps for an in-depth analysis,and strive for the practice of teaching vocational education programs to explore new teaching model.
