如今高校本专科毕业生在就业中很难选择,笔者认为,作为高校辅导员,应该准确地认识到对高校毕业生的就业心里辅导有着很大的促进作用,它能帮助毕业生能够认真准确的定位,帮助正确认识自己,树立自信,从而能够很好的就业。

Now there＇re so many university graduates hard to make a choice in employment.So the author thinks that,as a university counselor should be accurate to recognize that,employment psychological counseling is important for university graduates.It can help graduates seriously accurate positioning and help them to know themselves correctly to build up self confidence.Therefore,they can have a good employment.
