摘要
循环流化床锅炉是具备高效洁净燃烧技术的锅炉,在实际工业应用中彰显出十分明显的优势,是矿区未来发展的一大趋势。由于循环流化床锅炉本身的应用不但受到矿区自然环境因素的影响,而且与场地供热方案及设备息息相关,如何确定循环流化床锅炉的实际适用性成为当前面临的主要任务。本文以常兴煤矿为试验点,结合矿区实地的自然环境因素和场地供热设备,具体分析并总结了循环流化床锅炉实际应用方案在常兴煤矿的适用性。
The circulating fluidized bed boiler is an effective clean combustion technology which has a very obvious advantage in the actual industrial applications,and is a big trend in the futural boiler development area.As the circulating fluidized bed boiler applications are affected by the natural environment of the miming area and has a tight relationship with the heating scheme and equipment,how to determine the applicability has currently become the main task.This paper takes Changxing mine as the test point and analyses the applicability of the circulating fluidized bed boiler used in Changxing mine from natural environmental and heating equipmental aspects.
