摘要
设计了一种能够自锁的手动夹具增力机构,利用典型的杠杆、铰杆和斜楔增力模块组合成杠杆-铰杆-斜楔式串联传动机构,通过长度和角度效应,实现了力的三级放大。介绍了该机构的组成及工作原理,按照力学模型推导出了增力系数和输出力的计算公式,分析了各工作参数对增力效果的影响。该机构具有绿色环保,结构简单、紧凑,增力系数大等优点。
A manual fixture force amplification mechanism can realize self-locking has been designed by using the force amplifier module which consists of typical lever,hinge rod and wedge to form a lever-toggle-wedge,series transmission.Through the length and angle effect,achieve the third enlargement of force levels is achieved.The composition and working principle of the mechanism have been introduced,in accordance with the mechanical model,the force amplifier coefficient and the output power formula have been derived,the force amplifier impact of working parameters have also been analyzed.The advantages of the mechanism is green,simple,compact,the lager of force amplifier coefficient and so on.
