摘要
根据曲柄连杆机构的设计要求和特点,用期望函数建立优化设计的数学模型,然后按机械最优化设计方法来设计曲柄连杆,利用MATLAB工具箱编程优化,最后运用Adams软件对所得结果进行运动仿真,验证了优化结果的合理性。
According to the design requirements and characteristics of crank and rock mechanism,mathematical model is established with expected function optimization.By the method of the mechanical optimization,the crank and rocker is designed,which is then optimizated by Matlab toolbox.Finally,the optimizated result is simulated by ADAMS software,and verifies the rationality of optimization result.
