我国牛肉溯源体系发展情况、存在问题及解决措施

Development, Existing Problems and Countermeasures of China Beef Trace System

我国目前已经在牛肉溯源性管理体系的实施方面进行了有益的探索,但是仍然存在许多关键问题亟待解决。本文通过对牛肉溯源体系建设中存在的问题进行分析后,在管理法规建立、编码设计、软硬件平台建设、标准系统应用和系统集成等方面提出了有针对性的解决措施,从而为我国牛肉质量安全控制提供参考。

Our country has explored valuably in implementation of beef trace management system, but there still existing some key problems needed to be resolved promptly. After concrete analysis of the problems in the construction of beef trace management system, we present some pointed countermeasures in the respects of management regulations establishment, coding design, hardware and software platform design, standard system construction and system integration, and hope to provide references to the safety controlling of beef quality.
