非洛地平缓释片联合福辛普利片治疗老年收缩期高血压疗效观察

Effect of Felodipine Sustained Release Tablets Combined with Fosinopril Tablets on Senile Systolic Hypertension

目的:观察非洛地平缓释片联合福辛普利片治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)的疗效。方法:选取120例单纯收缩期老年高血压患者,分别用非洛地平缓释片(A组)、福辛普利片(B组)、非洛地平缓释片和福辛普利片联合(C组)治疗12周,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗后,C组的疗效要高于A组和B组,C组可显著降低老年单纯收缩期高血压患者的收缩压(SBP)(P<0.05);而三组的舒张压(DBP)水平无明显改变(P>0.05);3组未见严重不良反应。结论:非洛地平缓释片联合福辛普利片在控制老年单纯收缩期高血压的疗效明显优于单种用药。

Objective： TO observe the effect of felodipine sustained release tablets combined with fosinopril tablets in the treatment of elder isolated systolic hypertension（ISH）. Method： 120 patients with ISH were randomly divided into 3 groups treated by felodipine sustained release tablets （group A）,fosinopril tablets （group B） and the combined medication （group C） with duration of 12 weeks, respectively. Blood pressure was detected before and after the treatment. Result： After treatment, the effect of group C was better than that of group A and group B. The systolic blood pressure （SBP） was significantly decreased in group C （P 〈0.05 ） while the diastolic blood pressure （DBP） was not significantly decreased in the three groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Severe adverse reactions were not observed in the three groups. Conclusion： The combination of felodipine sustained release tablets and fosinopril tablets is more effective than the two single medication in the treatment of elder ISH.
