以对某电厂生产数据进行统计为案例,讨论在基于MicroOffice的生产办公中,利用VBA语言在常用的Excel和Word中进行数据交叉引用和综合,分析了其中的重点和难点,以实现将复杂、重复的日常工作自动化,从而提高用户的工作效率。

In this paper,how to cross-reference and integrate data in the commonly used Excel and Word with VBA languages in MicroOffice-based work item will be discussed,based on a case of statistical analysis on the production data in a hydropower plant,and analyze the important and difficult,then make achievement that complicated,repetitive daily work run automatically and improve user efficiency of work.
