This paper describes the construction and implementation of network course learning platform based on the traditional Internet technology platform,Academic staff announced teaching programs in the platform.Teachers published curriculum resources,assignments,teaching counseling and curriculum examinations.Students learn knowledge in the platform,complete the assignments completed the course examination,participate in the discussion in the platform.Implementation of computer and computer network as the carrier,the students learn to get rid of the limitations of time and space system design and implementation.
