产后腰骶臀腿肌筋膜综合征56例诊治分析 被引量：6

摘要 临床上经常遇到一些患者,其疼痛的部位无法用各临床学科的诊断标准所诊断,但是按照非特异性炎症的治疗原则治疗,这些病人的症状和体征明显好转。肌筋膜疼痛综合征（myofascial pain syn-dome，MPS），是一个很典型的相当普遍的骨骼肌肉系统疼痛、酸胀、僵硬症候群，表现为解剖上特殊位点有激痛点（myofascialtriggerpoints，MTrPs）,
