试析我国中小动漫企业的管理问题及对策

随着我国经济的迅猛发展,动漫产业将有更宽广的空间。中小企业是我国动漫企业的重要力量,而在我国,中小动漫企业由于企业规模小,管理薄弱,亟待从企业内部管理、外部管理及人才管理等方面加以规范。文章探讨了我国中小型动漫企业管理中存在的问题,并提出了相应对策。

With China＇s rapid economic development,the animation industry will have a broader space.Small and medium scale enterprises are an important force in China＇s animation business,and in China,small and medium scale enterprises as a small animation company,management is weak,urgent need to regulate from the enterprise internal management,external management and talent management.This paper discusses the animation of China＇s small and medium enterprise management problems,and proposed countermeasures.
