运动技术不仅是一种特定的方法,而且是一种特殊的知识,是从事各项体育运动的基础。不同的运动项目和运动水平有其与之相适应的运动技术要求,不能一概而论。简单忽视或过分强调运动技术的形式是不可取的,应抓住其本质特征,根据其运动技术项目特点进行评价。

Sports technology is not only a specific way,and is a special kind of knowledge,is the basis for engaging in various sports.Different sports and exercise levels corresponding to the movement of its technical requirements,can not be generalized.Simple neglect or too much emphasis on technology in the form of movement is not desirable,should seize the essential characteristics,evaluate according to their motion characteristics of technology projects.
