摘要
文章采用LSS(修订本)量表对高校篮球运动员进行问卷调查,了解目前我国高校男子篮球队教练员的领导行为的现状,分析运动员所喜爱的教练员领导行为和教练员实际的领导行为之间存在的差距,探讨不同特征运动员对教练员领导行为的认知差异。
Adopting LSS（revised） scale,conduct a questionnaire survey among college basketball players to understand the current status of coaches＇ leadership behaviour of college men ＇s basketball team in our country,and analyse the existing distance between athletes＇ favourite leadership behaviour of their coaches and the coaches＇ actual leadership behaviour.What＇s more,explore the different characteristics of athletes＇ cognitive differences in the leadership behaviour of the coaches.
