浅谈新教育理念下师生关系的审美化

摘要 师生关系是教学中的动力系统,它制约着教育的进程,影响着教育的成果。本文在回顾师生关系历史发展的基础上,结合“审美”内涵论述了新教育理念下构建审美化师生关系的意义,进一步讨论师生关系审美化的具体实施途径,透彻分析了师生关系的本质及其面临的问题,以实现在构建新型师生关系的过程中不断优化教学效果,提高教学效能。 Teacher-student relationship is power system of the teaching, which restricts the educational process, and influences the outcome of education. This paper reviews the historical development of teacher-student relationship, combined with the meaning of "aesthetic", discussed the significance of building a aesthetic teacher-student relationship under the new educational concept, further discuss the specific teacher-student relationship implementation of the aesthetic approach, a thorough analysis of the nature of teacher-student relationship and its problems, in order to achieve in building a new relationship between teachers and students to optimize the process of teaching, improving teaching and learning effectiveness.
