摘要
教师心理契约作为研究学校与教师关系的一种新视角,被定义为教师与学校之间的相互责任的感知。在对教师心理契约的概念界定、维度结构、测量方法回顾的基础上,展望了今后研究方向,即应拓宽研究范围、丰富研究方法、重视文化差异。
As a new perspective of the study of relationship between school and teachers with, teachers' psychological contract is defined as the mutual obligations between teachers and schools of perception. On the psychological contract of teachers' concept, dimension structure, measurement methods on the basis of the prospect of future research direction, i.e. should broaden the research scope, enrich the research method, pay attention to cultural differences.
