独立学院的大学英语袅学问题，是位于大学英语教学改革前沿的重要问题，越来越受到众多荚语教育专家的关注。本文以苏霍姆林斯基的教育理论和教育思想为基础，探析独立学院大学英语教师素养存在的问题，并在剖析问题本质的基础上提出针对性的建议。

College English teaching problems in independent colleges arc important issues in the forefront of the college English teaching reform, more and more experts in English education concern of this problem. This paper based on Suchomlinski＇s educational theory and educational philosophy, analyzed literacy problems of independent college English teachers, and put forward some specific recommendations on the analysis of the nature of the problems.
