“双师型”教师的培养是高职教师队伍建设的重点，大力加强“双师型”教师队伍建设，已经成为社会和教育界的共同呼声．但在实践中却存在不少的问题，甚至产生了很多误区，如何科学有效地加强双师素质的培养已成为高职教师队伍建设的一大主题内容，本文将就高职英语教师的双师素质培养提出一系列问题及解决的途径。

＂Double Quality＂ teacher training is the focus of the construction of vocational teachers, greatly strengthen the ＂Double Quality＂ of teachers, has become the common voice of the community and the education sector. But in practice, there arc many problems, and oven a lot of errors, how to effectively strengthen the scientific quality of the dual division of vocational teacher training has become a major theme of the building contents, this paper points out a series of questions and solutions on double quality training of vocational English teachers.
