摘要
师资队伍建设问题是制约民办高职高专院校在新一轮发展中实现新突破的瓶颈。本文从“双师素质”教师内涵入手,分析了民办高职院校“双师素质”师资队伍建设现状和存在的问题,并从引进渠道、培养手段、激励措施等方面提出了构建“双师素质”师资队伍的途径.
Faculty building is the bottleneck that hinders private vocational schools to achieve new breakthroughs in the new round of dovelopment. In this paper, the author starts with the content of the double qualified teachers and analysis the status of the present faculty building as well as the problems that existed and advises some ways such as.the talent channels, training tools and inocntives to build up a more consolidated faculty of double qualified teachers.
