对大学生“先就业后择业”的反思

Reflection of College Students＇ Ideas of ＂Get the Job First, Then Choose the Job You Like＂

“先就业后择业”是大学生应对严峻就业形势的选择，但是其本身也存在一定的弊端。本文建议学校应加强对在校大学生的就业指导、多提供专业对口实习机会、引导学生树立正确的就业观。

＂Get the job first, then choose the job you like＂is a choice when college students are facing severe employment situation, but it also has some disadvantages. This article suggests that the school should be strengthened to improve the students＇ employment guidance, provide more professional internship opportunities and guide students to build up a correct view of employment.
