高师教育实习现状的调查与分析——以X学院实习生调查为例 被引量:3

摘要 基于X学院连续两年的实习状况调查,发现实习生总体实习状况比较理想,但仍有许多不尽如意之处。一是实习生职业认同度比较低;二是实习前期准备不足;三是实习时间短,缺乏连续性;四是实习管理复杂,缺乏联动性;五是实习学校缺乏主动性等。为了改善高师实习状况,必须强化实习生角色意识,培养实习生对教师职业的专业情感;加强教育实习的前期准备;适当调整与延长实习时间;构建"三位一体"的管理模式;加强与中小学的密切合作,建立稳固的实习基地。 Through our survey that we have carried on continuously two years' investigation to the educational practice of X university,we find that educational practice is more ideal in general.But there are still many unpleasantness.Which affects the status of educational practice are: firstly,their occupation approval is low;secondly,the earlier period preparation for practice is insufficiency;thirdly,the practice time is short and not continuingly;fourthly,the practice management is complex and lacks of linkage;Fifthly,schools lack initiative.Therefore,to improve the status of educational,we must strengthen the role consciousness of the interns,train their specialized emotion,strengthen the earlier period preparation of practice teaching;appropriate readjustment and extension practice time,strengthen the practice management and clear about the practice goal,implement the lamination management to promote the management pattern to multiplication and strengthen clasp with elementary and middle schools to establish stable practice base.
