摘要
以襄麦冬为原料,通过正交试验,采用酶法提取探讨提取条件对襄麦冬块根中总黄酮类化合物提取的影响.结果表明襄麦冬总黄酮提取最佳的工艺条件为:酶添加量40mg,酶解时间3h,酶解温度50℃,介质pH值为5.0,总黄酮化合物的提取率平均值为0.495 mg/g.
The conditions which affect the extraction of general flavone from earthnut of Liriope spicata(Thunb.) Lour. var. prolifera Y. T .Ma are studied with orthogonal test and enzymolysis methods. The optimal extraction are as follows: enzyme dosage is 40mg, enzymolysis time is 3h, enzymolysis temperature is 50℃, medium pH is 5.0, and the average value of extraction efficiency for general flavone is 0.495 mg/g.
