摘要
利用层次分析法,通过问卷形式对造成"大四现象"的影响因素进行调查,对每个影响因素进行赋值,然后根据权重进行排序、分析,找出影响大四教育的主要因素,提出了相关对策建议,为高校的毕业生教育提供参考.
The questionnaire is employed to investigate the factors of the ＂senior phenomena＂ by the Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）. Each factor is assigned a value, and the main factors of the senior education are founded by sorting and analyzing according to their weights. Some suggestions are presented as reference for the senior education at last.
