摘要
大型建设项目具有建设周期长、投资巨大的特点,在项目建设的全过程中会面临从宏观到微观的多层次的风险,而项目风险的复杂性增加了在工程建设过程中进行风险管理的难度。通过对大型建设项目风险三维结构分析,将多层次的风险管理工作归并到3个维度,以风险三维结构为基础,探讨风险管理集成的主要构成,提出了工程建设项目风险管理集成的逻辑结构和基本模型。
Large construction projects are characterized by long construction period and huge investment and will face macro to micro multi-level risks during the whole construction period.The complexity of the project risks raises the difficulty of risk management of large projects during their construction.Through the risk analysis of three-dimensional structure of large construction projects, multi-level risk management work was integrated into three dimensions.The main components of the risk management integration were discussed based on the threedimensional structure of risk management.The logic structure and the basic model of risk management integration of large construction projects were proposed.
