间充质干细胞对固有免疫细胞调节作用的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 近年来研究发现,间充质干细胞除具有支持体外造血、促进体内造血功能重建外,还具有较低的免疫原性,能够通过调节多种固有或适应性免疫细胞的功能,来调节机体的免疫反应。本文阐述了间充质干细胞对巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞、自然杀伤细胞以及树突状细胞的免疫调节作用。
