胃肠道多枚长金属异物自行排出一例
摘要
胃肠道异物临床并不少见,绝大多数为婴幼儿误吞异物,极少数为成年人（老人、精神病或企图自杀者）将异物自行吞入[1-4]。吞入的胃肠道异物多无临床症状,且能自行排出,但有些患者因异物排出困难或有并发症而需手术治疗。对于多枚、长的异物,为避免并发症,通常需急诊内镜或手术治疗,自行排出十分罕见[1,2],
