慢性肾脏病患者血清全段甲状旁腺激素与钙、磷乘积的变化 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察各期慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者血清全段甲状旁腺激素(iPTH)与钙、磷乘积的变化。方法:测定97例CKD患者、血液透析(HD)、腹膜透析(PD)患者及20例对照组血清iPTH、钙、磷等指标。结果:CKD3期、CKD4期、HD及PD患者血磷水平高于对照组及CKD1、CKD2期患者(P<0.01),iPTH也明显升高(P<0.05)。CKD3、CKD4期、HD患者血清钙水平明显低于对照组及CKD1、CKD2期(P<0.01)。结论:CKD后期起iPTH明显升高。CKD患者钙、磷代谢紊乱。
