Notch信号通路在肾纤维硬化中机制及其阻断意义 被引量:1

摘要 1Notch机制研究最初在果蝇基因缺陷研究中发现Notch信号途径,1983年,果蝇的Notch被克隆出[1,2]。Notch信号通路是进化中高度保守的信号转导通路,其调控细胞增殖、分化和凋亡的功能,几乎涉及所有组织和器官。Notch蛋白是位于细胞膜上的一个单次跨膜异二聚体受体,包括细胞外亚基(NEC)和跨膜亚基(NTM)二者以非共价二硫健结合。NEC有许多表皮生长因子(EGF)样重复区域,NTM包括3个Lin-notch胞外重复区、
