富士幻彩树脂修复前牙缺损的临床评估

Clinical Evaluation of Fuji GC Gradia Direct Resin in Anterior Teeth Restoration

目的:对富士幻彩树脂的前牙修复病例的疗效及美观满意率进行观察分析,为临床工作提供指导与参考。方法:临床上收集需要进行修复的前牙共计89颗,采用富士幻彩树脂充填修复。修复完成后半年、1年对修复效果进行检查;同时对在修复完成时,完成后半年、1年,医、患双方对修复体美观满意率的进行比较。结果:半年复查,成功率为95.5%;1年后复查,成功率为91.0%,两者间无显著性差异。刚完成修复时医、患美观满意率分别为98.9%和100%,两者间无显著性差异;修复半年,1年后,患者对修复体的满意率均低于医师,但无显著性差异。结论:富士幻彩树脂非常适合临床上使用。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of Fuji GC Gradia Direct resin in anterior teeth restorations.Methods： 89 anterior teeth were choosed to be restored with Fuji GC Gradia Direct resin.The ratios of success were investigated half a year and one year later.The ratios of clinical artistic satisfactory were investigated rightly after the treatments,after half a year and one year later.Results： The ratios of success after half a year and one year were 95.5% and 91.0%,no difference between them.The clinical artistic satisfactory between the patients and the doctor was not different rightly after the treatment.After half a year and one year,the ratios of clinical artistic satisfactory in patients were lower than the doctor,though the difference was not significant.Conclusion： Fuji GC Gradia Direct resins were suitable for clinical use.
