摘要 正电子放射断层显像(PET)作为一种功能成像新技术,可以观察人体组织和器官在分子水平的新陈代谢情况。相比于CT、MRI等传统解剖结构成像方法,PET在肿瘤的早期发现、鉴别原发与转移或复发病灶,以及肿瘤分期和放化疗疗效判断等方面具有独特的优势和重要的临床价值。该文介绍目前PET技术在头颈部肿瘤的临床应用现状和诊断效果,并探讨了PET在头颈部肿瘤诊断和治疗的未来发展趋势。 Positron emission tomography(PET) has become a clinical standard diagnostic imaging modality for patients with tumors.By providing functional metabolism information of tumor and metastases at molecular level,PET is able to facilitate the localization and staging of primary tumor and lymph node metastases,chemoradiotherapy planning and therapy response monitoring.This review aimed to present the efficacy of PET in diagnosis and treatment of patients with head and neck tumor.The performance of stand-alone PET or hybrid PET/CT was reported and future application trends of PET in head and neck tumor research were discussed.
