摘要
介绍了以w(Al2O3)≥60%的莫来石骨料和w(Al2O3)≥80%的矾土粉料为主要原料,硅溶胶为结合剂的一种高炉维修用压入料的性能及其应用。同树脂结合的压入料相比,硅溶胶结合的压入料从生产、施工到应用,对环境都基本上没有污染,而且具有较短的固化时间,较好的理化性能,尤其具有很好的体积稳定性和抗热震性;几个厂家的实际应用结果表明,硅溶胶结合的压入料具有较好的施工性能和使用性能。
The injection mix for blast furnace maintenance was prepared using mullite aggregate(w(Al2O3)≥60%) and bauxite powder(w(Al2O3)≥80%) as starting materials and silica sol as binder.The performance and application of the mix were studied.Compared with the resin bonded injection mix,the silica sol bonded injection mix almost has no pollution to environment during production,construction and application,and is featured with shorter curing period and better properties,especially the volume stability and thermal shock resistance.The service effects of the developed mix for several plants show that the silica sol bonded injection mix performs good construction and service abilities.
