微创可扩张通道辅助腰椎融合术之管见 被引量:13

摘要 建立一个可以到达手术部位的微创工作通道是进行脊柱微创手术的前提条件,从经皮穿刺针管、经皮切吸工作套管、椎间孔镜及椎间盘镜下腰椎间盘切除术(microendoscopic discectomy,MED)工作通道到X—Tube、Mast Quadrant,微创工作通道技术得到迅速发展,变得更加灵活多样,脊柱微创手术也从早期的椎间盘介入手术发展到微创椎间融合及内固定手术。
