腰椎滑脱症的微创减压、复位与融合内固定术 被引量:24

摘要 脊柱滑脱症(spondyloljsthesis)是指“一个椎体与其相邻的下一个椎体相对向前滑移,并由此而引起的一系列临床症状和病理过程”。随着现代外科技术的发展,在腰椎滑脱症的诊断和治疗方面有很大进展,特别是现代微创外科理论和技术的发展,使腰椎滑脱症的外科手术治疗发生革命性改变。
