肝硬化患者的自主神经功能异常研究进展 被引量：6

Autonomic dysfunction in liver cirrhosis

摘要 自主神经功能异常（autonomicdysflmction，AD）在肝硬化患者很常见，晚期肝硬化患者AD的发生率可达80％以上，主要表现为副交感神经功能低下，交感神经功能亢进。63％有AD的患者肝移植后自主神经功能有改善。
