骨内原发性孤立性网状组织细胞瘤的临床病理学观察 被引量：1

摘要 1临床资料1.1一般资料患者,男,39岁,无诱因下自觉右大腿上段疼痛不适2个月余,加重10d入院。专科检查发现右大腿上端轻压痛及振痛,右侧膝、髋关节稳定性良好,活动未受限,浮髌征（-）,麦氏征（＋/-）,趾动及血运正常。体表及内脏各系统检查未发现特殊,否认有外伤史、遗传病史和其他特殊疾病史,无特殊不良嗜好。主要实验室检查：总胆固醇（TCH）2.83mmol/L,
