胰十二指肠切除术后胰漏的防治体会 被引量：5

摘要 胰十二指肠切除术是乏特壶腹周围癌及胰头癌的有效根治手术．但胰漏是胰十二指肠切除术后严重的并发症和主要死亡原因之一。延安大学附属医院普通外科自2006年7月至2010年12月共行胰十二指肠切除术93例．术后胰漏发生率10．8％。现总结如下。
