直肠癌前切除术中预防吻合口瘘的技术策略 被引量：9

摘要 结直肠吻合口并发症主要有吻合口瘘、出血和狭窄．吻合口瘘尤其重要。吻合口瘘、特别是需要外科手术处理的吻合口瘘．不仅增加患者的住院时间和再次手术的痛苦．更是增加术后30d的死亡率和术后局部复发率。迄今一直认为，吻合口血运不良、吻合口张力大、局部感染、全身营养差等患者的自身因素是吻合口瘘的主要危险因素。随着全直肠系膜切除理念的广泛接受和推广．
