小剂量氢化可的松对脓毒症大鼠早期肺损伤的保护作用 被引量：2

摘要 尽管糖皮质激素（简称激素）用于治疗脓毒症和急性肺损伤／急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ALI／ARDS）已有数十年，但是至今对其作用仍然存在争议。目前认为大剂量激素治疗对脓毒症和ALI／ARDS无益，而低剂量激素则可能改善ALI／ARDS和部分脓毒性休克患者的预后。
