第三代测序技术:单分子即时测序 被引量:12

摘要 DNA测序技术是分子生物学研究中最常用的技术,它的出现极大地推动了生物学的发展。从人类基因组计划(human genome project),到人类基因组单倍型图计划(HapMap),再到人类癌症基因组及个体基因组计划,第一代和第二代DNA测序技术功不可没。
