高频超声诊断80例隐匿性甲状腺癌的临床分析

Value of high frequency doppler colour ultrasonography in the diagnosis of 80 cases thyroid carcinoma

目的探讨高频超声在隐匿性甲状腺癌中的应用价值。方法分析我院从2009年1月至2011年1月间经病理证实的80例患者甲状腺癌的超声表现。结果 80例隐匿性甲状腺癌高频超声检出甲状腺癌结节102个,诊断符合率83.3%。结论高频超声对隐匿性甲状腺癌的定位和定性非常重要。

Objective To evaluate the representation of colour high frequency ultrasonography（CDUS）imaging of thyroid carcinoma.Methods Collecting the materials of 80 operationed patients with thyroid carcinoma who were confirmed by pathology from Jan.2009 to Jan.2011.All patients with parathyroid gland disease were examined with CDUS and the CDUS findings were correlated with operative and histological findings.Results CDUS detected 52 thyroid carcinoma from 56 thyroid adenoma.The diagnosis accurate rate of ultrasonography was about 83.3%.Conclusion CDUS was a valuable tool for the diagnosis of both the nature and the location of thyroid carcinoma.
