小剂量环孢素A联合中药治疗难治性肾病综合征疗效观察

Treatment of refractory nephritic syndrome by low-dose of cyclosporine A combined with traditional Chinese Medicine

目的研究小剂量环孢素联合中药治疗难治性肾病综合征的疗效。方法23例患者均接受中药柴苓汤、百令胶囊及小剂量环孢素A（2mg·kg^-1·d^-1）治疗，观察治疗前、后24h尿蛋白定量、肝功能、肾功能变化。结果24h尿蛋白定量较治疗前明显下降，血浆白蛋白在治疗后明显升高，总有效率为74％。结论小剂量环孢素联合中药治疗难治性肾病综合征疗效安全、可靠。

Objective To study the effectiveness of low-dose of cyclosporine A combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome. Methods Twentythree patients were given traditional Chinese medicine Chai Ling soup, bailing capsule and low-dose cyclosporine A（2mg·kg^- 1· day^-1）. 24-h urinary protein quantification, hepatic and renal functions were observed before and after treatment. Results 24-h urinary protein quantity after treatment was significantly reduced as compared with that before treatment. Plasma albumin levels after treatment were significantly elevated. The total efficiency was 74%. Conclusions Low-dose cyclosporine A com- bined with traditional Chinese is effective, safe and reliable in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome.
