摘要
研究了以水为介质的氯乙酸氨解制甘氨酸的生产工艺,优化了工艺条件,母液套用,简化了分离操作,收率达到85%,且降低了催化剂用量,提高了经济效益。
The producing technology of glycine using water as the media was researched. By utilizing ot recovery pregnant liquor and technology optimization, the yield of product was increased to 85%, the amount of catalyst was decreased. A simple separate method was used to obtain glycine and economic benefit could be brought up.
