摘要
目的:观察XE-2100型全自动血液分析仪激光法(PLT-O)和电阻法(PLT-I)计数血小板(PLT)的准确性。方法:收集高值(PLT>300×109/L)、中值(80×109/L<PLT≤300×109/L)、低值(PLT≤80×109/L)PLT标本各40份,分别在XE-2100型血液分析仪上检测,观察PLT-O和PLT-I的结果,同时与手工显微镜法结果相比较。结果:XE-2100型血液分析仪计数PLT时,PLT-O和PLT-I结果均与显微镜计数法结果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);对于低值PLT组,PLT-O结果更接近显微镜计数法结果,而PLT-I结果偏低。结论:XE-2100型血液分析仪计数高值和中值PLT组,PLT-O和PLT-I结果一致;而在低值PLT复检时,PLT-O结果具有重要的参考价值。
Objective:To observe the accuracy of optical(PLT-O) method and electric impedance(PLT-I) method in counting the platelet by the XE-2100 automatic hematology analyzer.Methods:The platelet samples were collected from the high-value group(40 cases)(PLT300×109/L),median-value group(40 cases)(80×109/LPLT≤300×109/L) and low-value group(40 cases)(PLT≤80×109/L).The platelet counting was conducted using PLT-O method and PLT-I method with the XE-2100 automatic hematology analyzer,and the results were compared with those by manual method.Results:The results obtained by PLT-O and PLT-I methods were consistent with those by manual method in the median-value group and the high-value platelet group(P0.05).However,of those low-value groups,the results of PLT-O are more consistent with the results of manual method than the one of PLT-I.Conclusions:The counting results by PLT-O and PLT-I methods using the XE-2100 hematology analyzer are consistent in the median-value and the high-value platelet groups,but results by PLT-O have more important reference value in the re-examination to low-value platelet group.
